Data Deletion Instructions
You can remove your data from Orbit at any time. Choose the option that fits what you want to delete.
1. Disconnect a Facebook Page, Instagram or YouTube account
- Sign in at https://orbit.buddhitools.com.
- Open Connected accounts.
- Click Disconnect next to the account.
This immediately deletes the account's stored access tokens and its publishing history from Orbit. Posts already published stay on the platform; delete them there if you want them removed.
2. Remove Orbit's access on Facebook or Instagram
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find Orbit and click Remove.
After removal, the access tokens we hold stop working. To also delete the stored copies, disconnect the account as in step 1, or contact us.
3. Remove access on Google / YouTube
Open your Google account permissions, select Orbit and choose Remove access.
4. Delete media you uploaded
In Media library, delete any image or video. The file is removed from our storage immediately.
5. Delete your whole Orbit account
Email the contact address shown on https://orbit.buddhitools.com from the address you signed up with and ask for your account to be deleted. We delete your account, workspaces, connected accounts, posts, media and logs within 30 days and confirm by email.
