These terms apply to your use of Orbit (https://orbit.buddhitools.com). By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Orbit lets you plan, schedule and publish content to social media accounts you connect, such as Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and YouTube channels.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Only connect social accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or write. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to publish it where you ask. You are responsible for having the rights to your content and for following each platform's rules, including the Meta Terms, the Instagram Terms of Use and the YouTube Terms of Service.
Acceptable use
You must not use Orbit to:
- publish unlawful, infringing, hateful or misleading content, or spam;
- access accounts or data you are not authorised to use;
- interfere with the service or the platforms it connects to.
Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on Meta, Google and other platforms. They may change or limit their services, reject content or revoke access, and we are not responsible for their decisions.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service working, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees. A scheduled post may fail or be delayed. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your data at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
